ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Greg Meyer - State Farm Agent, you help us grow our agency through meaningful conversations about auto and home insurance products with our clients and future clients. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Follow up on leads for auto insurance. 
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Willingness to be coached. 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
